Thought this might be a good info for those who enjoys drinking tea.
I have been faithfully drinking chai tea almost everyday at work, making sure its one tea bag a day. I thought my research was good enough but I realized now that sometimes we only read what we like to read, and look at what we like to see.
To cut the story short.. I used to be drinking lots of green tea, hoping that it cuts down fats, for health benefits, reduce bloating, etc. but I never really see the results on myself. Then I got expose to this tea called, Chai tea. I realize now that it belongs under the black tea group and that it has more caffeine contained in black teas than green teas! So much for my extensive research.. haaa. After drinking chai tea for awhile, i feel that it helps to keep me more awake in the afternoons at work, reduces bloating from a full lunch and it seems to help much in slimming (I did exercise tho :P) and somehow works more effectively than what green tea claims to do.
Well, maybe the next round, I am going to switch to Pu-erh tea! I think i have a 9 or 12 year Pu-erh at home, keke.
